Can I exchange/return/refund my order?
Sugarfix produces fresh homebakes, sourcing quality ingredients and completely preservative free. Due to the perishable nature of our bakes, we are unable to accept exchange, return or refund on orders. However, we strive to offer customer service satisfaction, please email us at info@sugarfix.com and include your order details and concerns regarding quality, order errors or delivery damage.
