Delivery Information

We ship across Australia via Australia Post Express.

Our products are baked the same day we ship. Please allow 1–3 business days for delivery. Also note, express postage times vary depending on your location.

We ship our products Monday–Wednesday. Therefore, if your order is placed after 3.00pm Wednesday, it will be shipped the following Monday. This will ensure your product arrives as fresh as possible.

Each order comes with product care instructions to get the most out of your order. Our baked goods are made fresh, preservative free, and heat sealed for maximum shelf life.

Best before: Approximately 10–14 days from date shipped, depending on climate and storage. To keep products longer than two weeks, freeze them as soon as you receive them. They can then be enjoyed for up to one month.

Returns & Refunds

All our products are made by hand in our kitchen. Due to the perishable nature of our products, we cannot be responsible for how they are transported or stored once they leave our kitchen.

Order Cancellation & Modifications

Sugarfix reserves the right to decline an order cancellation or modification request if the order has already been processed or shipped. Please ensure your order is correct before placing it, including shipping address details.
